Desert Water Agency has created a tool for customers to report incidents of waste, such as broken sprinkler heads, to the Agency so that DWA staff can investigate and educate customers about ways to use water more efficiently. The app is a more effective way for community members to be the “eyes and ears” of water use efficiency.
